When I Started:
How I Started:
I got started lifting weights in High School for sports. After high school I really got into following the bodybuilding scene and now here I am!
Why I Love It:
I feel like a cant go a day without going to the gym. Once I get myself going, doing cardio and lifting, its the best feeling in the world.
How I Stay Motivated:
My Job is my main factor for being a strong as I can possibly be. Working shifts and having to be physical mean I have to be in shape and on my game at all times. Reading Bodyspace and following different members on here has inspired me to focus on my workouts and diet with hopes of ddoing my first competition in April 2010!
I have been training for 8 years and I am finally getting serious. I used to come to the gym and lift with my friends and see how much we could bench. I realized through talking to people at my gym that its much more than that. I have been training hard and sticking to my diet for about 4 months now and have seen alot of changes. My ultimate goal is to enter a natural show in April of 2010!
I trained Arms today. It was an awesome workout, starting with triceps and finishing with biceps. I also weighed myself in today and I have lost 9 pounds now since I started training FOR REAL in pursuit of my first contest. Its funny when I was in my "meathead" stage I used to freak...
