Minimize how much damage I do gaining fat over the next month until school is done...
Goal (Long):
To lose as much bodyfat as I can by the end of 2009. Its pointless to give a bodyweight becuase, thankfully, the last two I have given, I havev reached. The down side to that is, once there, I am far from satisfied. So, I'm just going to keep pushing to drop fat. Once the year ends, I'll be able to rejoin the gym, start lifting again, and hopefully put some muscle back on.

December 13, 2009 is the last day of class for my MBA. After this date, I will thankfully get a lot of my personal time back. For the last two years I have been giving up my lunch breaks and my evenings to focus on my school work. During that time, my weight had gotten as high...

We use the Omron 306 handheld. It's pretty accurate (much more accurate than the scales that test bodyfat percentages)

Mike thanks for the support, apparently I caved yesterday and gave in. Im up early this morning headed out to the gym before football starts, or at least my game goes on.MD huh? I've got some family in Glenn Burnie, dont know how far that is from you but MD is pretty nice in the winter. (Coming from a SoCal native)
