I have been athletic (involved in sports) most of my life. I started lifting weights in High School, just wanted to put on some size.

stayin focused on what and how I eat. workouts have stopped, lazyness and slight illness. finishing out the week and restarting on Monday. I have been building a new room on the house, doin some heavy liftin there but that is not a true workout

Getting back into it. Took a needed break after my first show. I may do another next spring if I can build up a few areas. You seem to be coming along well. Your latest progress pic shows some great vascularity in those forearms and nice bicep shape. Keep it up!

I'm having problems with how the friends sections works ... contacts that don't appear, if a person leaves bodyspace you can't remove them, etc. It's causing lots of problems with my trying to maintain it so I'm just getting rid off all those connections and using the tried and true method of bookmarking your bodyspace URL to visit your profile to see how things are going with you.
training is going great! been having some great workouts lately. im trying to add as much as i can in the next few months..but not around the waist! that needs to shrink!
can feel the hernia when doin legs, squats are a problem. staying light and workin abs more, cardio more and tighten up the core, buddy. hope you are doin well, BIG MIKE. peace, Rich
