My Motivation Program

Well, I'm pretty sure this site is going to help me!
Something that really helps to motivate me is by helping other people get excited about fitness. I love motivating others. It gives me a huge boost.
The occasional fitness magazine helps too, to give me new exercise ideas and motivation to workout.

mogwog It took me a while to figure out that I could not work out 6 days a week with my body type. Tryed following bodybuilder mags, etc. in my younger years. Got to have rest days to recover. Finally learned how to do it. Mar 3, 2011 2:59pm
