How I Started:
Was tired of being 6' at such a light weight.
Why I Love It:
Having lifts that used to be hard go easy feels great. It gives me something to do, and generally makes me feel better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching the weight increase. Once in a while I get a compliment which is always nice.

I basically stopped working out from Dec 07 until the end of summer. Lost weight, got chubby. Then I went to uni and started eating their terrible food and working out. So here's a three month bulk (from the previous pic and a bit worse)
