I transferred high schools in the middle of my freshmen year, around april I was able to get into a weightlifting class, I've been learning and soaking it all in ever since.

Bench AT LEAST 300. --------------------------Squat AT LEAST 350. --------------------------Deadlift AT LEAST 405 ------------------------Power Clean AT LEAST 275. --------------------I plan on achieving all of these at the latest by the end of 08.
We maxed out today in Coach Castle's class, I did well in squat and power clean; however, it was a diffferent story for bench. We started out with sets of 5 & 3 to warm up for our max on bench. I did 135 for my five rep and 155 for my three rep. Coach Davis told us that if we were one of...

Looks like you have a great mentor/coach with JB...and you're getting a solid, early start on developing your potential. Already showing good progress.
