My goal is to compete in Classic Bodybuilding (Sweden) 2009. Aiming for top 3.
Goal (Long):
Gain more overall muscle but keep my symmetry intact. Keep training drug free and hope to someday be able to win the Swedish Classic BodyBuilding Nationals. After that perhaps enter a "real" bb contest if I can gain enough muscle.

I want to GAIN 8 kg

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Deadlifts with bad form. You can get cronical back injuries.

My goal is to again compete in Classic Bodybuilding (Sweden) sometime in 2009. Last time was December 2007 where I finished 4:th of 9 contenders. I´ll try to write down some training and diet here from time to time.

Yesterday I trained shoulders, arms and calfs. Im keeping the reps high...

Workout Program:
Usually I aim for 3-10 reps but also do 1-2 reps and 11-20 reps. With an average of around 8 reps. Usually heavier load on the first excersise and lighter on the last. I most commonly use full range of motion on all excersises, the exception being "burns" from time to time. That means I almost...
