football offseason in 8th grade. but didnt take it seriously until I made a bet with a co-worker to lose 50 pounds in 4 months
Why I Love It:
Its only me, the weights, and my Savior Jesus Christ. The weights are my friends. They help control my emotions. If something is bothering the weights will inform me if I will able to control my anger or whatever my emotion might be or if my emotions are controlling me. I keep alot of my emotions and stress bottled in this is a very positive activity that helps me control my anger and stress
How I Stay Motivated:
RESULTS!! RESULTS!!RESULTS!! Compliments, and showing girls how they lost out on a well-determined man. Yea, i've been tossed to the side many times for the Dumasses!!

Gained some weight back. more focued this time. gonna take some pics and show my progress.
Goal (Long):
I've always been the big guy. So my intentions are not to become a beast, but brolic. Slim , but muscular like Wesley Snipes, Reggie Bush, or Michael Jai White. After losing some weight I learned that I had a small frame under all that fat the whole time. So its time to buckle down and bulk up, but cut my fat at the same time. So Im gonna go hard in the gym, and increase my endurance with differnt types of cardio. Whether if be eliptical, running the steps in my apt. complex or joining the women for a little step areobics. Ima make sure that turn myself into the ultimate athlete.

Don't know which is better. Probably a matter of choice and individual body makeup. Do you have a personal trainer? Sounds like you need a knowlegeable person working with you for max results.

wht up bro..thnx for the add.. I like the atro-phex..seems to b keeping my bodyfat low, i actually didnt start using it until my bf% was below 9..so, i cant really b sure of how great a burner it is..

I may look into that. Weird results from atro-phex (increase BP, sleeplessness, other). Did have one good quality, though - but I wouldn't continue to take it only for that reason. Thanks for the tip!

Cold Fusion is workin' great so far, man. It's cheap and very effective. How 'bout the word inexpensive, 'cause there's nothing cheap about this product. It's helpin' me get results.
