Background

When I Started: Apr 2010
HOW I STARTED:

I've always been athletic, but I decided to get serious when I didn't feel good about me being so skinny. My roommates B and Ed were serious about working out and a year later with some setbacks I've gained approx 10 lbs in muscle.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Simply it helps me feel better about myself and adds confidence.

mminguela Hmm...Maybe trying to deload. Take 2 weeks and go back to a weight that you can hit 12 reps on. Eat alot during those weeks and try again. Still taking the Jack3d? Jun 20, 2011 11:45am
