I first started lifting around 8th grade with all my friends, and thats when I pretty much got hooked. For some reason I just stopped for about a year and then started it back up around my end of freshman year.
Why I Love It:
I love to see the reaction of people around me, seeing how big I keep getting. The girls love it, and thats definitely a plus. I like to see how much progress I make and watching my body get bigger and more ripped. Its just an awesome hobbie. One it gets you into pretty damn good shape, and two, the attention you get from the ladies.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing that guy, you know who I'm talking about(the big guy that kinda rolls out) of McDonalds and NEVER wanting to look like him. Seeing my body progress as I look in the mirror, and yes, the girls' attention.
BB Accomplishments:
My biggest BB accomplishment has to be when I did my first bench rep of 135lbs. After that, I knew that I wanted to keep getting stronger and bigger. My other accomplishment is my 200lbs bench rep. I can't wait to see how big of a leap I'm gonna get now.

My main goal is to gain about 10-15lbs of muscle. I'm doing this for next football season.
Goal (Long):
Since I've started competing in sports in Junior High I've wanted to get bigger, stronger, and faster. My brother has always been bigger than I and I can't stand it because he never lifts. I want to show people that I'm here and I'm staying. I love the way people, especially girls, compliment on my body. Thats just not enough. I remember when when I first benched 135lbs, and thought I was something. I knew that was a start and I just kept pushing myself harder and harder. I hit the 200 mark on bench, and now feel myself wanting more. My goals for now are I would like to reach about 180lbs 2 years from now. I just want to have a steady increase of muscle throughout these next 2 years. I also want my max bench to be around 250 or higher. Then I'll know that I'd be really pushing myself. All I need to do is stick to these goals and a little motivation, I can see myself in the future. Intimidating, stronger, and for the most....bigger.
Amazing! Since september my chest measurment has grown 5 inches! I am experimenting with a milos sarcev type of training(focusing on the pump only, and isolating the msucle)which has gone great. My training just keeps getting better. I'm a little worried cuz I'm gonna start my first cut in a month. Great lower traps(middle back) !
Your deadlift is huge man good work. i wish mine was that high. i just updated my pics if you wana check them out. hit me back about your progress sometime.
