Im going to feel good about myself again. But this time around i want to be thin ,lean , cut and oh yea smokin hot.I want to be more outgoing and energetic and be able to do all the things in life i want with out something so stupid as weight be whats holding me back especially when im the one in control!!!By the time i reach 24 i will have deffinetly lost the weight but just hope i can have a 6pac ****, ill settle for a 4pac I can do it especially if i have support from zac my boyfriend and micheal my bro. I have faith in the both of you so just do your best and dont give up.want to weigh 125!

Congrats to you. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) needed a body transformation and chose to follow Body for Life, which is a 12-week program and had very good results. It is not super easy but at the same time it is not so hard that you won’t be able to accomplish your goals, you might want to give it a look-see. Believe in your own inner strength as you make this happen.
