This was before i worked out properly. I only ever done sit ups every night. I decided to start to do body building, but it was on-off until mid june 2007 when i aim to continue throughout...
Been back 2 weeks now after my op. Getting back into it... maybe not a good time as i approach the business end of my degree!!

Just finished a leg workout and had absolutely no energy today. Since I started mid-june I am very happy with what i've achieved... i've got photos and progress charts so come check them out and let me know what you think.
