When I Started:
How I Started:
I've always been short and skinny. In late 2003, I was only 110 lbs and same height, 5'6. I was sick of being frail and weak. I've gotten and serious and wised up with my diet within the past year too.
Why I Love It:
I like feeling strong ... mentally and physically. And taking out my frustrations at the gym is a great stress reliever!

hey, whats up. wow, im glad ur not 110 lbs anymore. and no problem at all, im glad i can help. 5 lbs, that should be easy to lose. i dont think ive lost any lean muscle mass...bc i weigh the same, but i can squeeze into my small jeans again. but then again i wasnt TOO concerned with lose a bit of muscle mass. i think if ur only looking to lose 5 lbs any muscle mass u might lose is minimal. hows ur diet and cardio?
hi, the appetite suppressing effects of lipo 6, to me, is very minimal. this is even so when i was taking 2-3 per day. the stim effects were strong initially only. so for the first several days it gave me energy, kept me up, made me jittery, etc., but after about a wk or so, i can easily take a nap after i take a pill. hope this helps, i can answer more Qs if u like :)
