I've always been interested in fitness and dabbled in weight lifting many times in the past, but I was never consistent with it. I would see decent results and stop.But Now it's become a priority in my life
Why I Love It:
I love being in control of my body and pushing it to the limit. And also seeing that limit surpassed as time goes by! ..and it keeps my birthday suit looking fresh to death ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
This website is a great motivation tool. The increase in my strength and the change of my overall physical appearance , keeps me craving for more.
This was taken about a month into a hypertrophy workout I picked up on line. No specific diet , just lifting.
Four months later! With decent dieting and working out 3-4 days a week. Lost alot of fat , some muscle mass as well but not much . Bad face pic but good body pic ...Im a handsome dude ..trust
I have a pretty decent arm workout plan on my page which may help you. I mainly suggest doing supersets and cutting rest time to a minute or less at 10 reps.
