Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): Lose 15% body fat
Goal (Long): My goal is to maintain my health for my family. I'm 41. I have a 2 year old son and working on the 2nd. I've been heavy since high school. I dropped weight and maintiend it in my mid-20s because I worked out every morning and my job kept me on my feet all day. I'm very unhappy. I've tried this before. I gain muscle but also fat. But if I fall of schedule my body eats my muscle and I gain fat. My current BF is 35% and my weight is 240.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 40 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 20%

I read info on Bodybuilding.com. I did some research and figured what the hell I'll give it a try. I ordered the bookd and have been on it for about 2 weeks. So far I am VERY happy. I feel great. My energy is great. My blood pressure seems to be getting better and I hope to be off the meds soon.

Hey Richard! I was a pesco-octo-lacto vegeterian for 8 years and 8 months. I GAINED weight at the start. SO ur results r dependent on the basics - macronutrients' percentages appropriate for ur fitness goals. Best Wishes! *smile*
