How I Started:
As far back as I can remember, fitness was always there. My mother was, and still is an aerobics instructor, so I grew up going to Jazercise classes, aerobice, step, slide(remember that?)and spinn. It's a natural part of my existance, and it always will be.
Why I Love It:
Fitness is a constant adventure. Once you accomplish one thing there is always something new to challenge yourself with. Now I need to workout for two! I'm expecting in january and oooooh, the changes your body goes through! I'm stoked!

I find a new challenge!

With one Competition under my belt, and a second place win, I plan on taking a break for a while. I don't think the competition circut is for me. It all seems, dare I say it..way to superfical. Wow, I went through a lot of the same things you're going through. To the point of just giving up...and I did, still haunts the back of my head (all those excess calories, do I need that, did I gain weight?). After about a year of binging and stress it went away. Take time off, relax, enjoy life and you'll realize happiness comes first THEN your body.

Mico...Great job on the first show..i want to do an over 40 Armed Forces about 1 yr after ranger school when we get back..are u married or dating anyone..just curious..hehe.
