How I Started:
I was a scrawny 8 1/2 Stone weakling when i started just over 11 years ago. Went to the gym with a m8 and never looked back.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me fit and looking good. Also allows me to keep up with my 14 year old footballing son and my wife... :).
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that at 38 i can still look good and keep myself as fit as someone 10 years younger.

All is going "as planned". Hardest part is always FOOD - I can't seem to get enough in - a constant TASK! Muscle gains are the hardest - in my humble opinion. Hope all is well on ur end! *smile*
