How I Started:
I started out as an athlete. I was an all-state football player, but I broke my pelvis and couldn't do it anymore. So, I decided to take up bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
It's just a major stress relief. It also really helps me my morale when ppl complement my progress.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just think about my clients and how it's important to them to be in shape, and i don't think they'd want ot be trained by a fatty.
BB Accomplishments:
I have yet to compete. I'm not quite at that point yet, but that is my main goal.

If cutting, I lower carbs. Keep protein high all the time. Still must eat carbs though to train hard.
