Overall Goal: DO Work CREW- All out training. I am looking to transform my body in a way that will make me an inspiration to people. Its time to bulldoze brickwalls and shatter plateaus. Try and stop me genetics. TRY!!!!
Fit Status:
When you get serious, your muscles get serious. If your not fully trying your muscles aren't trying. Push the iron, break genetics & strive.
Throughout my life I always intended to be an athelete. In 11th Grade I got moved to linebacker from fullback, after this change I had to up my size i weighed 170 during the transition, when I came into my senior year to take the role of my new position I weighed in at 215 lbs note some was fat. During fall practice I was leveling guys but ended up getting a bad hip injury from a chop block. Going into college my muscle began transforming to fat and i was up to 230 LBS during pickup football games I played Center (How disgraceful) After my son was born I decided I needed to change but never did DEC 08 went on a 4 mile run and never looked back. I got to 175 LBS again and was fine then I decided I looked punny (as seen in progress pics). May 09 Decided to get back to the Iron never looked back. I am hoping I can become an inspiring person in a couple of years on bodyspace.
Why I Love It:
I love the pain of recovery. The intensity. The results.
How I Stay Motivated:
My Bodyspace peeps. Even if I think I havent made progress they assure me I have. I stay motivated because failure is not an option. Our body is one thing we can mold to our own likings. Yes it is hard work, dedication and slight suffering but the results make it all worth while. Everytime I see a vein pop out or a new muscle or more definition. The pump and the adrenaline rush after a workout. Ahhh.... you just cant beat it.
I have people that look up to me. People who want to see my progress. Thats more than enough.
Anabolic Xtreme's products always help me pull through and when I am cycling off of them I always use another one of there products to help me carry through.
BB Accomplishments:
Arms are 3/4 to where I want them. Bodybuilding accomplishments coming soon.

Decided in December i was getting to big. Started running and cleaned my body fat up before hitting the gym. Weighed 225 and went to 176 in this picture.
In the middle of ab workouts, decided to try a flex in the big mirror while sitting on a stability ball.

Goal (Long):
My main goal right now is to achieve 20" arms. I am still doing full body workouts but really trying to get the size on the arms. I feel that my arms will be the foundation I proportion the rest of my physique around.
A mixture of my own and internet sources, varies I cycle it different every month. Sometimes I see someone do an excercise in the gym and I will give it a shot to see if its effective on me. Day in and day out we encourage ourselves to get in the gym for some more sets. We pump ourselves with supplements to get to that extra level. I know myself I go to bed with Ceasin Protein sitting in my stomach, I set my alarm to go off at 3 A.M. so that I can wake up and bite the taste...

To be truthful, I've use Arnold Schwarzenegger's The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding: The Bible of Bodybuilding, for all of my training routines. I suggest that it be required reading for every novice .
I love to train traps i usually start with low cable rope pulls to the neck, or upright rows. then i do bar shrugs heavy for sets to failure around 12 reps then onto supersets with db shrugs. what type of diet you gonna try? are you in a gaining phase or cutting phase?
Welcome and certainly well-deserved by you. Genetics are losing the battle. Cut BF by half and solid increase on the guns and powerful shoulders. Brickwall falling down. Continued success and keep us updated. Andre
MichJohn, thanks for asking man...I'm doing pretty well. But I do go to the surgeon next week on the 10th to get checked out and then hopefully schedule surgery for the following week. I'll keep you posted when I find out. Otherwise, I'm still hitting the weights hard and am doing my cardio. Take care bud. Greg
i have to take my measurements everywhere. but as you can see they are FINALLY growing! it was a good workout. I used to HATE legs but now that the quads, glutes and hammies are growing, i look forward to it. Chest day is my least favorite now. LOL

Progress is off and on my man. You? Plan on killing some Calories tomorrow for sure. Gym opens at 1000 will be there as the door opens to prepare for the upcoming feast. Stay strong my brother..
