Background

When I Started: Jan 1990
HOW I STARTED:

I was always active when I was a kid. When I turned 12, my grandfather and grandmother bought me my first set of dumbbells and barbells.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It keeps me active, healthy, and in shape. Also it teaches me good form and self discipline.

Day 1: Pecs, Triceps --- Abdominals
7 Exercises
Decline butterfly
Bench Press
Incline Bench Press
Decline Bench Pres
Push Ups 3 sets 1 set medium 2 sets with hands
formed into a pyramid
Pec Butterflyes on machine

abs
45 degree angle crunch 3 sets 15 reps
Torso Rotator 3 sets 10 reps
Chin Up Bar Hang Crunch 3 sets 7 reps

Day 2: Trapezius, Deltoids, Rhomboids, Lats, lower back ---
Abdominals
Wide Pull ups
Lower Back extension
Reverse butterflyes
Military Upright Rows
Overhead Press
1 Arm Pull Down
Lat Pull Down (on machine)

Day 3. Biceps, Triceps, Brachialis ----Abdominals
Chin Ups for lats, front delts and biceps
Bar bell curl -- for biceps
Dips -- for triceps
dumb bell curl biceps and brachialis
hammer curl --brachialis and biceps
Tricep Extension --for triceps pulling down chord from
machine

abs--

leg drop resist
torso rotator


Day 4. Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Gastrocnemius ---Abdominals

LEGS:
Quad Press/deadlift

Leg Pull Down --hamstrings
Calf Raise
Leg Adductor --vastus medialus
Reverse Leg Lunge -- vastus medialus

My Motivation Program

When I was a teenager it was music. Rock
and roll cassettes helped me focus my
energy (I had lots of it) As I grew up, it was my grandpa and grandma, who were
strong and good willed. They were my heroes. (Smiles.) You still are my heroes.
Now I meditate right before a good workout. It keeps me focused and
relaxed at the same time.

Rico162 Oh I get you. Wow. Well I have seen some dynamic bbers at some shorter heights that blow my mind. It just depends on how you work it. Personally I think shorter is better. Im 5 6 1/2 down from 5.8 due to 3 collapsed disks. So im going to capitalize on that and use it to my advantage. Hang tight and work it hard brother. Aug 6, 2010 5:52am
