poppy0279 I typically do just bcuz I have a wide variety of them.. But if you workout everyday and take a pre workout every time it can become less effective due to the fact that the body develops a tolerance for those stims. People who take them every time starts to double scoop etc bcuz I scoop doesent seem to be as effective.. Mar 21, 2013 8:02am
