Overall Goal: Get back on the workout wagon and stick to it... don't let school overwhelm me again! dropping body fat commences! gotta get that DO WORK attitude going babby!!!
Fit Status:
Starting to get the cardio going again then weights!
I have always been active my whole life and have been blessed with good genes which keep me thin. Since entering University I have been finding that it has been getting more increasingly difficult to stay in shape though! (I blame it on late night study/binge sessions and Tim Hortons on every corner of campus:() I also coach cheerleading and believe that the best motivation for the girls to stay in shape is by example. I think I should be able to AT LEAST keep up with them!!
Also, I am really passionate about health and fitness and would Love to get involved in the healthy and fitness industry. I am not sure in which direction yet but I am definately going to explore the fitness path further:)
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after working out, like a natural high. Also, I love seeing that hard work promotes awesome results! Actually having a (small but noticable) bicep makes me beam:)!
How I Stay Motivated:
My mother has been sick my entire life from what I remember. She lost her hearing, was diagnosed with severe allergies, cronic exhaustion, and sleep apnaea. She used to be so energetic and in great shape but let herself go because it was too difficult for her to manage raising two children in poor health, working full time, and coping with hearing loss. I want to make sure that I keep myself as healthy as possible so that my future is different. Also, helping my mom keeps me motivated, I can help her more when I feel well and good about myself:)
ALSO! all the wonderful ladies on Bodyspace who have come so far and have rocking bodies! You are all truly inspirational and I applaude your hardwork and determination to stay healthy and fit!
My Saddlebags (HAH) they've been the most difficult area for me and whenever I want to eat a cheeseburger I think of them and how much they DONT need it:)

Goal (Long):
I would love to lose the "skinny fat" image that a lot of females my age have. I want to gain muscle and look as strong as I feel. Also, I want to prove everyone wrong who has questioned my goals, asking why I want muscle and that I look fine. Thanks BUT I don't care, it's what I want, and I think muscle is beautiful:) I'm hoping to complete my challenge within two months! I want to drop inches from my thighs and gain on my shoulders. Also tighten and lift my butt:)
Although this is quite pre-meditated and several years away I have decided that I am going to pursure personal training in the future. Once I graduate from my current program I am going to reapply to obtain my kinesiology degree and then personal training! Also, I am thinking about training...
oh jeez....english and history? *barf* Only history i can stand is ancient egypt really....and english only creative writing...other than that..kill me now lol.
lol, i shoulda just PMed you maybe...the pidgeon toed thing...if you also have no arch in your foot or your knees track in you might want sole thingys for your shoes, i have some good (meaning alot) knee pain that i've decided is related to those things
I really don't know how it's possible to do it all. It feels like alot of times the professors EXPECT you to live an unhealthy lifestyle and just do whatever it takes to get their **** done. This realization has really disenchanted me with school, because it's not worth my health, ya know?
so why'd school end up overwhelming you? prior to this semester i've always been able to handle it, but now all these physics classes i'm in give hours upon hours upon hours of homework that you have to actually turn in...and there are 3 things i wont sacrifice for school: sleep, lifting, and food

Of course it is a GOOD thing :) Thank you, well see what direction I take this fitness thing in when I return from overseas, I want to get into the management of a gym, but not sure if i want to go franchise or out on my own...siiigh... decisions, decisions :)
