Just finished the Olympia bikini model search and NPC Nationals in bikini. Taking holidays off to relax and rejuvinate. Looking at 2010.

Boot Camp has started. Two weeks before show! Cardio has incresed and carbs and fats decreased.

I just got my suit for the Tampa Classic in less than 4 weeks. I'm also training for Ms. Bikini Universe in 5 weeks.
