I really never thought of my body as attractive. I always thought I was sort of awkwardsly proportioned, never considered fitness. My entire life I have had the mentality that I could never be athletic, apparently the gene missed me in my family. I have always been terrified to try anything athletic but earlier this year, in March i picked up weights for the first time in my life and I was much stronger than I expected myself to be. Ive steadily increased my strength since then and it feels like I've finally found something I'm somewhat good at. I hired a trainer and he helped me get in the best shape of my life and i entered my first fitness competition in May and place 2nd! It was a great accomplishment for me considering all the skills I had to learn from scratch. Now I consider myself very athletic and capable and am not afraid to try new things! Weightlifting has become one of my favorite past times and I love being strong and fit!
Why I Love It:
It's such a great stress reliever. Plus, it's the only thing in my life where I can control the pain in a positive way & create visible results.
Now I am working out almost everyday & feeling healthier & better about myself!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look @ other fitness models & visualize what I would like to look like. Also, When I am alone & at home I try to wear as little clothes as poissible so everytime I look in the mirror I can see how I look & that keeps me motivated to get how I want to look. I want to be able to walk around the house in a bra & a thong & not cringe when I look in the mirror! I really try to surround myself with fitness oriented people and environments to make sure I don't get sucked into an unhealthy environment. Also helping others helps keep me motivated!!

Goal (Long):
I want to be on the cover of all my favorite magazines which are muscle & fitness, shape, fitness, IronMan, & OXYGEN! I want to be a role model for the young people to show tht you can battle peer pressure & be the best you. I am now a certified personal trainer so one of my new goals is to inspire and help people reach their fitness goals!

Back
-5x5 pullups [wide grip] superset with dips
-3x10 wide grip lat pull downs
-seated cable rows 3x10
-one arm dumbell rows 10 on each side [heavy as you can]
-romanian deadlifts 3x10 [heavy as you can]
Chest
-Incline dumbell flys...

Love your video on your daily routine. You make it seem so not complex :) And I love the way you post your "fell off the band wagon" progress pics. Everyone probably does but them not posting it makes others feel like losers if they have trouble. Rooting for u!

Thanks! I've been focusing very hard in the gym. My trainer has really helped me push myself past my limits. I'm enjoying the bulk up stage =) Hope you have a great week!
