How I Started:
I really never thought of my body as attractive. I always thought I was sort of awkwardsly proportioned, never considered fitness. My entire life I have had the mentality that I could never be athletic, apparently the gene missed me in my family. I have always been terrified to try anything athletic but earlier this year, in March i picked up weights for the first time in my life and I was much stronger than I expected myself to be. Ive steadily increased my strength since then and it feels like I've finally found something I'm somewhat good at. I hired a trainer and he helped me get in the best shape of my life and i entered my first fitness competition in May and place 2nd! It was a great accomplishment for me considering all the skills I had to learn from scratch. Now I consider myself very athletic and capable and am not afraid to try new things! Weightlifting has become one of my favorite past times and I love being strong and fit!
Why I Love It:
It's such a great stress reliever. Plus, it's the only thing in my life where I can control the pain in a positive way & create visible results. Now I am working out almost everyday & feeling healthier & better about myself!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look @ other fitness models & visualize what I would like to look like. Also, When I am alone & at home I try to wear as little clothes as poissible so everytime I look in the mirror I can see how I look & that keeps me motivated to get how I want to look. I want to be able to walk around the house in a bra & a thong & not cringe when I look in the mirror! I really try to surround myself with fitness oriented people and environments to make sure I don't get sucked into an unhealthy environment. Also helping others helps keep me motivated!!
BB Accomplishments:
-Fitness America Lonestar Championships- 2nd in Fitness 2nd in Figure 6th in BIkini -Fitness Texas Championships 2nd in Fitness -Getting Certified by NASM!!!!! -helping my clients

i keep lookin for pics of me when i was bigger..FORTUNATELY one of my awesome friends on facebook posted this one lol i was a cheerleader!! what were they thinking? lol i was loud & i could dance ha but yea...not so cute. braces. thats why my mouths shut haha awfulll dont miss it @ all! never worked ...
same day just closer up. so you can really see im getting smaller. the middle stages of trying to lose fat are always kind of gross lol sorry it took so long to put progress pics. i think for like a month i posted NO PROGRESS pics lol so here im actually improved.
