How I Started:
I realized that after highschool sports I wasn't as active as I had been before. Missing out on that one hour of P.E. everyday was catching up to me. So,I decided to join a gym. I started out by just working out for myself. I just wanted to keep fit. It finally lead to trainers thinking I was a trainer or that I was a competitor ......... so I decided to get certifed through the ISSA - "primadonna paperwork". Then started training to actually compete.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it helps keep my everyday energy levels up. Besides, being an entertainer I need to look good too!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by wanting to look good naked. NO, seriously though - I try and get the right amount of sleep and try not to get upset over little things - don't sweat the small stuff!! Motivation comes from a place of self worth. I suggest buying yourself something nice to wear for a job well done :).
BB Accomplishments:
I have 3 prescious trophies to show for all my hard work.I have excelled in my personal knowledge of proper weight training techniques & nutrition. I am also a supporter of holistic appraoches to better wellness. I only suppport the aid of prescriptive medications when they are being used to help a symptom instead of being used as a means to mask a problem. Drugs should only be used when no other measure of action is available towards a recovery.

Goal (Long):
Besides living healthier - I want to revive my continued sucess towards my music. Over the years I have been very blessed to be able to do all the things that I have ever wanted to do. That is because of determination. Remember this tip - "NO" was a word that was created when someone didn't want to be bothered by the wants or needs of someone else. So with that in mind - that simply means that not everyone is going to feel the same way. YES is always an option no matter what answer you get. GO for it no matter what it is!
