wow great job girl!!! I missed last week to work out :( i was busy..but so far i did 95..im going this sunday to the gym to work out legs! im gonna try and do 110.=)

hey babe not much you?? just waiting till sunday leg training day!!! i slamd my car door closed yesterday and my finger got in..and the door was locked with my finger in the door!! but its healing fast so hopefully i can still squat sunday! =) hows training coming for you?

ok! im gonna do squats sunday for the first time! =) ill have to start light but ill see how strong i get! id love to squat 250 haha but i got a lonnnnnnnng wayyy to go. starting at like prob 10 pounds on each side with the bar weighting 60 pounds . lol =)

wow..how did you get your ass so much bigger and firmer?? from the squats?? im gonna do squats sunday at the gym for the first time..im gonna have to start light.=) does squats hurt your back at all? being thin and doing so much weight??

yeah, i train my arms too a little once i get my legs bigger ill work on my arms and shoulders and back!
