ill be adding pics in july..hopefully my legs GET some huge size by then. so help me out guys and give me some bodybuilding tips.

hey everyone so iv started going to the gym, to workout my legs im obsessed with getting thick leg muscle..im very petite and i have a crazzy fast metabolism so its hard for me to gain muscle.. im looking for tips on gaining muscle.. im 5,4 113 pounds.

Try a MantaRay when your doing squats to not stress your spine and Some Lunges with the squat bar and you'll start seeing the results your wanting in no time at all! Doing great ad looking great though keep it up kid!

Try spiltting your legs up in two day one day just quads and clafs then another day just hammiess and calf put at least two days in between
