shaddock67 Hey you, how are things? Been busy over here, and getting myself back on track. Last month and a half was pretty hard for me, but I am bouncing back and ready to rock the gym and the stage later this year. My true focus all year. Now despite my lack of motivation for myself, does not mean I cannot motivate and invigorate others around me. So when you are done with your book, re-focus that energy into getting onstage, becoming healthier, getting to those goals!!! Feb 26, 2013 10:08am

shaddock67 Now thats what I like to hear. Time to get crack a lackin!!! Train to get onstage. I told Fitness Star International about you so you have no choice but to get onstage for the future. Hehe Now go train. Have good form, have that intensity and chat later. Eat well, drink water and take whatever supplements your using. Train hard! Train smart! Now my gym time. shaddock67 Good morning! Your favorite motivator is here to motivate, rejuvanate and stimulate you for a good day and a better training day! When you feel a bit sluggish or down, just look at the results you inputted and that will be enough to get you back on track. That and my crazy statements like: Kiss stealing, wheeling and dealing, limousine riding, jet flying, son of a gun! That should get you going!
