How I Started:
well i have been working out ever since i was in middle school with basketball. Then when i got into high school I started playing Field Hockey and Lacrosse,so i was always an athlete. now i want to take a different turn and get into body building for modeling purpose and eventually compete. My fiance is a bodybuilder he always helps me out in learning bout proper form and he motivates me and pushes me.
Why I Love It:
working out relieves stress. I love running esp. when u feel like u can go forever. i also love working out beacuse i want to keep my body in the best possible shape and be healthy thru out life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I wake up everyday with a positive attitude about working out and why i need to do it. I am a sucker for a challenge and i beleieve this is going to be the biggest challenge so im 100% ready to achieve.ive always wanted to get into bodybuilding and have a fit body so until i get that i will work my hardest.
BB Accomplishments:
i want my 6 pack and bigger more defined arms. i want to transform my body into something ive never had. Leanr about Nutrition and how it effect my body.
My overall goal is to have a 6 pack. I also want to transform my body into more lean and cut.Also to learn about NUTRITION
Goal (Long):
for the past year i have been wanting to get into bodybuilding. I definitely want to work on getting a 6 pack as well as getting lean and cut. I am very dedicated at what i do, being that i grew up playing sports. so when i want something i strive for it and give it 100% dedication.I also want to learn about better nutrition for me.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
we are just more happier that we workout and keep in shape and being healthy.

Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
well i know what day i work out what group of muscle and what weight and reps i use so i dont really keep a log. i am going to start so that i can see my progression.

Yes
Why or why not?
well friends usually ask so i tell. and plus i try to help them out and get them motivated to workout.
