I have reached a plateau and have been there for some time now, anyone have any suggestions about how you busted your plateau...I have a strained hamstring now from running, hopefully it will be better soon and I can do more than just walk and do upper body and I can do some lower body with...
youre welcome! I found that if i got enought fats and proteins at right times, that my blood sugar wasnt out of control. Im well, off to my 2nd workout!
that is SO great, im super proud of you, now youre set. I found that my best way to fight against sugar and cravings was to go cold turkey and completely eliminate. That brought my cravings to almost zero(i used to be a junkie)lol
you know what? supps are really GREAT and theres nothing wrong with them at all, as long as you work out. I take lipo 6, ephedra, i take energy drinks like NO explode, right now Mitotropin. I get blood cjecks and Im super healthy. Coffee/tea is much worse than some of these supps. I recommend you go to vitamin world to speak to someone, they may change your life!!
ok, now heres what i do: everu afternoon at 3 I drink at least one liter of water. Sometimes I even have a coffee. At 4pm, I have a meal which is a shake and tb of peanut butter. The fat/protein keeps me full(plus water of course) so that when i get home im ok and dont want to eat the whole fridge! The other thing i do is PRE COOK ALL MY CHICKEN FOR THE WEEK. This has SAVED me. EVry monday night i cook 5 ch. breasts, so i get home and theyre ready. :)
oh, wow, you sound really pumped, great job!nice!you will look FAB at your reunion!! Now, onto more serious stuf...the binging...it HAS TO STOP...(sorry i tell it like it is!!) let me send a 2nd IM, coming right up

wow, that is so awesome! 14years!! and the kids do grow fast dont they! mine just outgrew me, that was tough!! I plan on having a really intense month of diet/training followed by a nice phot shoot for my 3yr aniversary and then submitting my photos for transformation of wk!!
wow, that is so great, look at you! Youre super motivated! Im doing great, im also really pumped. In sept will be my 3yr aniversary with the dumbell (lol)so i want to do something special, look Fab
Michelle, that is FANTASTIC! 38 minutes is a good time. You know what, just FINISHING is good. I have so many race medals on a hook and my most measurable marathons were the ones where I didnt look at time, rather enjoyed the race and congradulated myself for my accomplishement. You're right, you look way too young to be 38(thats my age to) who wants to go back to 28??? not me!!! :)go girl!!!
that is so great and what an awesome bday gift for yourself....i predict that you will be hooked soon, you know i decided to run my first half after doing my first 10k(its quite a rush) best of luck with training!
