How I Started:
Worked out for few years but really got into it September 2007...this is when I actually committed to 5 days a week at the gym ....in July 2007 I finally committed to healthy eating in addition to training...which made all the difference!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good physically and mentally!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing how it has transformed my body and looking at others and their accomplishments...I love the results!
Last night I was at the gym and one of the trainers came up to me at the gym and said "I am afraid of you...You work out like an animal!" He then proceeded to tell me that one of his guys that he trains said the same thing to him two days before "That girl is an animal...she...
doing pretty good!! did a great leg work out this morning. Then have chest tomorow. Trying to cram as much as I can before my summer classes start at the end of june lol. But im getting there :) SO any thing new with u? Looking good :)

How was your motivation when you got back to it? Everyone cautioned me...."you'll have a tough time getting back to it". For me, couldn't have been more wrong...I had a tough time not getting back to it, I was so excited to start lifting again it was just plain stupid, lol! .....just curious? -CK
Yup, rest is soooo important!! Work outs have been awesome:) About 3wks ago I took a week and a half off from lifting, just focused on eating well. Was exactly what my body needed, all my lifts went up when I got back to it!! -CK
