My very first competition 6 weeks out from first powerlifting meet
It is neat to look back and see how even when you thought you looked your best possible, there is still more to be accomplished!
I decided to start powerlifting as a new goal to go after. Now it's about being strong, not just being pretty! My deadlift increased from 225 to 315 in 4 weeks!

This was my second year and fifth competition. This is when my legs finally started to maintain some muscle!

It took two years, but I am proud of the rounder delts, sharper abs, and more developed legs that I achieved over that time.
