I've been working out on and off. Working shift is a big handicap. Specially for Nutrition wise. The facilities at work are not greatest.

I'm strong on technics so going super heavy is not my thing. Would like to bench 300lbs with good form for 10 reps. Sqat 400lbs again with good form. I'm not setting any time frame but staying injury free will be a chanllenge also..

well they didn't place at all.I guess there winning streak had to end sometime.My daughters been doing this so long and they either get first or second this time nothing.Its her last year,she wants to try highschool volleyball next year
