How I Started:
Been skinny most of my childhood and always been a hard gainer. My father first bought me a bench and weights at the age of 12...He got me into it and it was only at the beginning of College, did I start to train consistently and seriously after my organized basketball days were over.

-Always been competitive at anything I do in life. -Love to push my body to the limits
