I was once a Hefty person. Just got tired of being fat.
Why I Love It:
I love the adreneline that i get from hitting the weights. Staying in shape is one of the obvious reason, but the real reason why i do it is to stay healthy and youthful.
How I Stay Motivated:

Definetely gain more muscle. My goal is to hit 180 lbs of lean muscle at at least 6 percent body fat, and max out at 405 lbs.
Goal (Long):
Aside from what i just described my next goal is to max out 405 lbs in the next six months if thats possible. Right now im repping 315 lbs five times and maxing out 350 lbs. Aside from trying to be strong I'm also currently doing excercises that give me more speed, agility, and stamina. In the next six months i am also working to gain an extra few inches on my vertical leap.
