How I Started:
My girlfriend back then(my first daughter's mom) told me to come and try out the gym. Since then i got hooked to the iron game. Now it has been 18 plus years.
Why I Love It:
Because it helped me in the first years to out perform my peers in martial arts. That's the sport I grew up in since my 4th birthday. After 12.5 years of training i decided to compete the first time and much to my surprise I won my class and the overall.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm motivated all the time. Right now I'm doing running and mountainbiking and still i find time for the weights. when I read bb books i still can feel the urge to compete again, but the sport is too expensive where i live. and is not recognized by the media or wide spread public.
BB Accomplishments:
Mr. Beginner Aruba lightweight and overall winner 2001.(my first ever competition) I prepared in less than 1 month time and won the whole thing and also being a natural bodybuilder makes it even bigger the prize. Mr. Aruba Middleweight Class winner 2002 and Southern american championship 2004 in Buenos Aires, Argentina Welterweight 8th place.
