Finally back to school aka first day back to the gym in forever

Background

When I Started: Mar 2008
HOW I STARTED:

I started working out when I was 16. I didnt really like were my body was at and I wanted a change. This change came the best when I was at the gym lifting weights and away from it all.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I can't get enough of the burn, hurt, and always trying to push my body mentally so I can get that last rep. Its a very rewarding feeling. Also I love when my body is in its best state (although I know I have yet to come even clsoe to reaching it)

My Motivation Program

I stay motivated by the numbers. I hate seeing the scale number going up when I know that it isnt lean mass and just those dam sugars. I love seeing my weight increased in my log books and knowing that I'm getting stronger as a person.
