My desk job and appetite seem to be catching up to me.
Why I Love It:
Feel great afterwards, makes me feel like I'm doing something to improve myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
The thought of losing the gut and having a nice build. Seeing "progress" photos also keeps me motivated. So do the measurements and the "after-pump" in the mirror.
BB Accomplishments:
To lose 25 pounds of fat and gain 40ish in muscle.

I've been at 180.2 for like 5 days now, with eating between around 1500-1650 calories a day, and walking nightly (1.75 miles)... so what the HELL gives!? My wife thinks that maybe it's because I went from a steady 5000 cal diet to 1500, and my body is responding to by diet by going into...
