Posted in Other : Jan 25, 2012 8:08amI've really started noticing how out of proportion things are getting. Doing well in:
I'm doing pretty crappy in the calves and the chest though. I'm still debating on what to do about calves, but I've modified chest/tri's/abs day to include 2 more chest exercises (decline BB, and chest dips) and taken out 2 out of three tri exercises. Abs remains the same. I'm 3 weeks into the change and really feeling sore in the chest after the workout, and *may* be seeing a little bit of change in appearance. I'm also dieting though, so
