Chest

I've really started noticing how out of proportion things are getting. Doing well in:

Bi's, Tri's, Forearms Quads, Hams Abs, Obliques

I'm doing pretty crappy in the calves and the chest though. I'm still debating on what to do about calves, but I've modified chest/tri's/abs day to include 2 more chest exercises (decline BB, and chest dips) and taken out 2 out of three tri exercises. Abs remains the same. I'm 3 weeks into the change and really feeling sore in the chest after the workout, and *may* be seeing a little bit of change in appearance. I'm also dieting though, so

Stubborn Weight

I've been at 180.2 for like 5 days now, with eating between around 1500-1650 calories a day, and walking nightly (1.75 miles)... so what the HELL gives!? My wife thinks that maybe it's because I went from a steady 5000 cal diet to 1500, and my body is responding to by diet by going into starve mode. If I don't lose anything tomorrow morning at weigh-in time, I'm going to up my diet to 1800-1900 calories and see if it helps any. It'll make me feel like a slob after doing the 1500! But if it works I'm alllll for it!

Staying More Consistent

I've been walking 3 nights in a row, and then doing my full-body cardio. I've also been able to maintain my diet, eating roughly 1500 cals a day. It's a trick trying to do the 40/40/20. I seem to eat more carbs than I thought. I'm going to have to get creative with my in-between meal/snack. Those have been fruit, and that just isn't cutting it. I'm also a fan of oatmeal. Carbs carbs carbs. I need to find some high protein, low fat foods for those snacks. Maybe a bite or two of tuna, or some eggs. Have to eat so many of each to make a difference though.
