The key that I found was, never get to the point where you are hungry, that means a strict 2 hours time between meals. I ate oatmeal almost every meal for my carbs, and do not hang around ppl that dont support your diet, or they will just make it 10 times harder.

I do all different ab exercises. I do a lot of weighted things. Hanging leg raises, Weighted sit ups, Leg raises off a bench or ball, and rope crunches. Sometimes the machines. But I train by feel, like I really do not plan the workout that much, i pick what I do next and when I am done by how my muscles feel. And I do not really do obliques any more, mine are really good right now, and I do not want to thicken my waist

I usually go with EAS protein because it is the cheapest. I run through almost a 6 lbs bag a week so I get the cheap stuff. I go to Sam's Club or BJ's to get it. But if you want taste go with Champion Nutrition Chocolate. As for Cardio I do 30 min at a time 2 times a day 6 days a week, and one 30 min session on sunday. Well I guess you can look at it two ways, trapped on a little Island with nothing else to do but workout. Or I am goin to my little island, no distractions... You seem to be the second one. How asked my stat, I am 6'5" right now about 260, I have a show in 3 weeks I want to go into the show around 253-255. The picture I have up is a few months old, put on arould 15lbs since.
