My father owns a gym, and growing up in the gym just kinda rubbed off on me, now its my life and passion.
Why I Love It:
I love working out for several reasons, I feel that it keeps me healthy, it gets me attention, and it is always a challenge to see how far you can push yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
My morning workout partner Pete, and my night workout partner Anthony. You have to have someone there to push you.
BB Accomplishments:
-April 2008 Finally Bench Pressed 500lbs
-November 2007 "The Hammer" American Gladiators
-August 2007, Shot a lot of magazine and poster adds for Met-Rx
-July 2007, Shot a workout for Mens Exercise the Magazine
-May 2007, received my natural pro card
-Set a national power lifting record in 2001, 501.5 DL at age 17

Training going will, just started bench form Undergroundstrenght.com I can see it working I Just did a easy 260lb for three reps. Just got word of strongman comp. here in oregon that going to start training for.
