How I Started:
i still haven't really gotten started.. i've never had a routine or lifted regularly... My childhood of playing sports, playing military,climbing mountains and trees got my body to how it is currently.. I hit the weight room outta rage usually-; the wrong reasons.
Why I Love It:
the rush and power it gives you. I also believe the great vascularity weight lifting causes makes your body be healthier overall and help fight against sickness, etc... Oh, and the ladies seem to like it :)
How I Stay Motivated:
women.But mainly and more serously,I've had type 1 diabetes since the age of two, gotten a large portion of my left lung removed as a baby, and alot of other junk... haha yea right, screw all that. Do the impossible, to do and be what you want.let junk piss you off and use that to fuel the fire.
BB Accomplishments:
NOTHING yet. well, i can get at or a little over 40 pullups if that counts...
