Confused but doing the best I can

A little stumped on what to do but still working out 5-6 times a week. Been trying to gain muscle and wieght, but recently gain a bit of fat around the glutes and stomach. So im trying to get rid of that but still want the gains and muscles? Or I thinkin of losing all that fat and gaining muscle and mass again. Doing supersets for almost everything, but doing reps of 6-8 mostly. Sometimes 10-12 or till failiure depending on the excerise.

Michael6190 feeling amazing, lost about 6% body fat in almost 2 month?! :) I was shocked, not too sure how it happened but gotta test myself again. BUT I DID work my ass off doing cardio and intense workouts. Its all good now, seeing result is the best motivator Feb 7, 2012 1:09am

guest From your pics if you arent doing alot of decline movemonets with your chest like press and flyes use a smith machine if you dont have a training partner (freeweights/dumbells preferred if you do) and go heavy slow dont lock your elbows out keeping tension on your chest all the time for round 8 reps this will bring the bottom of your chest out Jan 20, 2012 1:30am

gmscorpion As far as the chest is concerned, try and remember pushing through your elbows. The chest works when your elbows travel from your waist to the front of your chest also keep the angle between torso and elbows at 45 degrees. Try and make sure you are using your chest and not your shoulders and arms. Other than that it's genetics, not everyone has a big chest. I don't, Lee Priest didn't (in comparison to his arms). gmscorpion Hey bro. To cut down on weight all you need to do is clean up your diet. You were naturally thin, so a clean diet with intense training will burn the fat off for you. Jan 19, 2012 7:38am
