How I Started:
When I was in high school I decided I was tired of being skinny so I lived in the gym to change it. Now I have recently decided I will try bodybuilding and see how far I can go.
Why I Love It:
Love the rush of working out, the feeling of the pump. I like challenging myself and pushing myself to the next level.
How I Stay Motivated:
I work out around people bigger than me lol. One of the biggest motivators is watching my body "not" change. You would be suprised what no progress can do to a person.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet, still a work in progress. I would like to compete in my first show in 2010. I wont step on stage until I look like I should be on the cover of a magazine. If that never happens, then I will never compete.

I am looking to change my body for the better and compete in natural bodybuilding. Its tough but its worth it.
Goal (Long):
Basically I was a really skinny guy my whole life and decided I needed a change. I went from 150 lbs too 230 in about 3 years but it wasnt healthy. I have recently pulled off most of my body fat and now working on turning it into muscle. I wont compete until my symmetry is perfect.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I injured my back 4 years ago doing squats. It was my lumbar if I remember correctly.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
improper form and weights that are too heavy. In my opinion at least.
