Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
In my left elbow.For 10 days.I recover with ice and muscle rub.

Hows you been Micheal, long time. Lots happening with me. Had a baby girl, busy with her since 8 weeks. Training/ Diet has been ok but have put on little fat :( Have to work it back now.

Thanks for the compliment bro. I changed things up a bit and no longer bulking. I'm cutting to get some of the winter fat off me. Same cycle, just different diet. Looks like yours is going great. Keep up the good work!
