The Reason I got started in bodybuilding was to lose fat and gain muscle, have health benefits in later life and to look good.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because i like seeing hard work turn into great results.

I Stay Motivated by watching Contests and seeing other bodybuilders work out.

Thanks man. Its about 9 months old Ive gained about 20 pounds since then, still have to take new pics. For 13 you have a insane start. Eat like a horse and all you wont be able to stop growing.

whats up the best think i can tell you is to workout hard eat good train hard lift heavy as you can it will put mass on you keep from drugs i never did drugs an still going strong at 42 years old
