Fit Status:
Serious muscle mass with cuts forever!!!!
I saw a picture of Arnold and that was it I knew I wanted to look like that big strong and powerful with hardly any fat!!!!
Why I Love It:
Just the feeling I get personally seeing myself make gains because of what I eat and how I train.. Its all a long process but well worth the effort when you start to feel the benefits...
How I Stay Motivated:
Magazines, bodybuilding competitions, friends,training other people, my focus and drive. Mostly talking with other people about fitness and how to make their bodies the best they can be. Logging on to this websight looking at pics and seeing how people improve themselves. Improving my phisique through others input!

Goal (Long):
Ive always had a pretty decent body. I went to college for exercise science and train people all over. Ive dropped my weight to about 190 now and look and feel much better my diet is awesome and my goals are being reached everyday. If anyone has any questions just ask I love talking about training and diet!! Ive also taken almost every supplement out there and have much knowlegde on what works and what doesnt..Ask away!!!
Ok so I have been training hard for a year now with bursitis. I have had 6 shots of cortisone two months on celebrex and spent literally thousands on supplements for joint care. Nothing worked I was still always in pain. I took two months off the gym and rested it with it not changing at all....
Yeah..I do splits:
Mon: Shoulders & Tri's
Tu: Legs
Wed: HIT Cardio & abs
Th: Chest & Biceps
Fri: Zumba & abs
Sat: Fun cardio
I am about to switch it up though, but I am not of what I am doing yet! :)
