How I Started:
I remember seeing an ad on T.V. for U.F.C. The main fighter in the ad was huge. I wanted that look- big, strong, and athletic. Started with body weight exercises then moved onto free weights. By the time I graduated high school I was addicted. My goals have changed but my passion is as strong as ever.
Why I Love It:
Being able to do physical things others can't. Taking control of my body. Feeling good and looking good. Plus a hundred other reasons to numerous to write here.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror and the log book.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't compete, but I feel accomplished lifting as long as I have without any layoffs because of injury or lack of drive (Consistency is key). Every time I leave the gym after a productive workout I feel accomplished.
