How I Started:
I want to lose weight and thought working out would help. But I have learned that you have to combine diet & exercise to achieve your goals.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good and helps to take stress away. I look better & sleep better too.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm losing weight now and am looking better which makes me feel better. I have Crohn's disease so losing/maintaining a healthy weight is essential to my health.
BB Accomplishments:
By combining diet & exercise I'm fitting into smaller size clothes & look better than just by dieting alone.

good morning michelle, on my side yesterday i start a new routine...4 days like the old one but all in superset..under 60min for increase the eat and the cardiac effect for lose more weight i try it for one month......

Definilty cold, from the car to the place was a fast running process :P, that fishnet shirt did not cover at all, probaly next time I will go without it :P
Yes I did not do too much on my 3 days, but I did try to rest, only thing I am not sure is why I was so tired this week :P LOL
great to have 3 days weekend, I had that last weekend :), but I really did not do too much, I did go to the pool and steaming room and hot tub :P

Hi Mich, Weekend was good, we had the day off Monday (Hunting day), was good, resting, I did workout chest and abs, then pool and hot tub!, Harry Potter was good, not as good as the books that is for sure! how are you today?
