That's simple, my appearence keeps me going!

This was the 1st day and an ugly one! How can anyone see far ahead enough to know they will succeed? You cant! You just have to have faith in god and do it! I was 240lbs w/ 30% bodyfat!

Goal (Long):
I just turned 41 years old. I have always been a physical person, played sports in high school & stayed active throughout my adult life but, through my late 20's into my 30's and up until 7 months ago I was pretty husky, borderline heavy! Not completely knowing why I decided to do it, I began a form of Bill Phillips "Body for Life." With in about 6 weeks of supporting that program I really turned it up agressively through diet and intense training & specified it to what I thought would work best for my specific needs. I am 6ft tall & started out weighing around 240lbs. @ 30% bodyfat and now weigh in at 193lbs w/ 6% bodyfat! I am definitely in the best shape of my life and am Ripped! My family, friends & colleagues all continuously inflate my ego with compliments in support of my amazing transformation. With that has come several followers due to my appearence and the motivation sparked from what I have accomplished and continue to maintain. My real goal now is to compete in the masters division of a NPC competion and see where I rank in the world of really truly fit people. Additionally, I hope to start my own training program that I can bring to the masses for them to have the same opportunity & achieve thier own personal health goals as well.
Weight Goal:

I train 6 days a week, off on Sundays for a little church, cheat meal & family fun! My regiment goes like this.
Diet is 7 to 9 meals a day including protein drinks. Very strict & appropriate for my body to stay lean, around 6% boyfat. Approx 350gms of Protein/150gms of Carbs/90gms...
You have the drive and determination to build a great physique and now you are going to take it even further, wow, I look forward to the coming results. What you are doing inspires others so keep up the great work. Remember: "You can be as great as you want to be. If you believe in yourself and have the courage, determination and drive and are willing to pay the price, you will do it!"
Worked the graveyard shift at the hospital all weekend...And actually...LOVED it, lol! So glad I heard from you; I needed the inspiration :-) You're the perfect balance of muscle, symmetry, and size.
