What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Deadlift, because it is so easy to do it the wrong way and get an injury
How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
6-8 Get some bulk while still keeping definition
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
2-2.5 min to let the muscles get a small rest so I can attack the weights again

I really hate it when.... I go to workout and there is always that one person that will not leave you the hell alone and talks to you until you tell them to get the hell away.
I really hate it when.... people question you about your sets or reps. and then try to force their sets or reps onto...
